Operation Procedure and Safety Regulation of Paper Machine

1. The mixer (on duty section length) should check the headbox water level and the blockage of the headbox outlet (or the normal operation of the concentration meter) to control the paper weight in time to ensure that the quantity meets the production standards and product quality.

2. Leading the whole class of workers to work safely shall not violate the operating rules to ensure safe production.

3. Be responsible for handling the technical problems of the whole machine and the paper diseases of the equipment. If you have serious questions that cannot be handled, you should promptly report to the factory office for instructions.

4. Blanket worker: We should check the operation of the rollers of blanket regularly, and check whether there are any rotten and abrasion on the blanket, find out the problems and deal with them in time, keep the blanket running normally, keep the standard wool line straight, not incline at one side, and solve the paper problems such as crushing, disassembling and wrinkling.

5. Blankets must not be discounted, too tight or too loose, keep blankets tight and moderate. Blankets should be adjusted with blanket adjuster (automatic guide) in time when they run off. When blanket rollers are involved in debris and slurry, they are not allowed to be pulled out by hand, so as to prevent them from being involved in blankets and causing personal accidents.

6. See pneumatics: Master the pressure humidity curve of each cylinder group according to the technological regulations, and pay attention to the change of dryer pressure. If the gas meter fails, the safety valve of the barometer should be stopped and replaced in time. Once the safety valve of the barometer is fixed, the disorderly adjustment and overpressure production should not be allowed to ensure the safe use of the dryer.
